Sound Transit, the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority, hereby gives notice pursuant to 49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26, issued by the U. S. Department of Transportation, that Sound Transit will set the following DBE utilization goal for Federal Fiscal Years 2020 – 2022.

Sound Transit intends to submit the above-referenced DBE utilization goal to the Federal Transit Administration.
