City of Tacoma – RFB ES18-0343F – South Tacoma Lift Station Electrical Improvements

Pre-Proposal Meeting: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the Tacoma Public Utilities Administration Building North – M-1 Conference Room located at 3628 S 35th Street, Tacoma, WA 98409 on Wednesday November 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM. Parking may be found on S 35th
Street in Lots B, C, and G. A site visit to the Lift Station will follow the meeting, and attendance is strongly encouraged.

Project Scope: The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, replacing all electrical equipment, conduit, wire, and lighting in and around the South Tacoma Lift Station facility. This includes a MCC lineup, automatic transfer switch, temporary power and controls during
construction, and other work as needed to complete the project.

Estimate: $600,000.00
