Marpac Construction – RFB – SHA Sawara Project

Description: Sawara is a 114-unit apartment building consisting of studios, 1, 2, 3 and one 4-bedroom apartments. The building will include 3 community spaces, common areas of a library, large lobby, large courtyard, secure bicycle parking on level 2, and an adjacent community pocket park to the north. The building will also incorporate additional insulation in exterior walls and at the roof levels including solar panels on the roof. Construction start is expected in Q3 2021. This Project is Subject to Davis Bacon Commercial Prevailing Wage.
