Summary: The Work required for this Project includes providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for pavement surface sealing and joint sealing when requested by the Engineer on Port of Tacoma Property. The duration for this effort is a base period of 2 years (730 days). The contract work is anticipated but not limited to fulfill a minimum two cycles of annual maintenance. Each cycle of maintenance is intended to target approximately 10 acres of auto storage parking area. This is an on-call contract. The work will be assigned by Task Orders; each Task Order will address the scope of work and time of completion, and shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and Task Order provisions. The Port does not guarantee a certain amount of work.
Estimated Cost Range: The contract amount is an estimated “Not To Exceed” (NTE) $240,000 per year for a total “Not To Exceed” amount of $480,000 for two years.
